I got pretty bored of the old title so I knocked up a new one.
hand prints are fun, although my hand was purple for a couple of days. For some reason deep red ink dyes your hand purple.
Lesson learnt.

This is actually a drawing of a model by Dennis McNett featured in this months Juxtapoz. I just liked all the weird mental lines & patterns everywhere. I didn't draw them all though because I was feeling lazy.

August 18th 2010: Fairy Time

Jimmy's sister asked me to draw a fairy.
So I did. I messed the skin colour up a bit which annoyed me a fair bit but overall I guess it's okay. I like the wings.

August 17th 2010: Specimen Jars

Really enjoyed drawing this.

Trying a few different techniques and stuff out at the moment.

I wasn't sure whether to add colour or not so in the end I just left it black and white.

I want to get some different coloured inks so not every drawing is the same 8 colours.

August 16th 2010: Candy Canes & Bunny Rabbits

More nib pen work with a little bit of red thrown in for good measure & a bit of pop. I really like the skirt, good feature I think.

August 15th 2010: Full Colour Dress

I've been pretty lazy lately so I thought I'd put some sort of effort in. Try and get the ball rolling again. Drawn with the nib pen & coloured in ink. I like that it's totally coloured. I don't know why I decided to put swastikas on her dress... one of them things you know.

August 14th 2010: House On The Lake

I don't draw landscapes very often, mainly because I find them really dull. This one just happened though. I bought a nib pen and just started drawing and this occured.

August 13th 2010: Splatty Colour Skull

Pretty bodgy imagery to be honest. Splatter things with tipex. It's the way forward. This is my 300th post. Pretty good. I'm looking forward to number 500. Thats pretty landmark.

Personally I think Edward Furlong is massively underrated. He was in two of my favourite movies, Terminator 2 & American History X, but never really did a lot else. Easy Money Baby.
